About Us

Emotional healing blog on Narcissism, ADHD & Life

Welcome to my “emotional healing blog” corner of the internet — I’m truly glad you’re here.

Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Oscar. Just a regular guy in my early 50s, married, and navigating the ups and downs of family life like many of you. Over the years, life has taught me a lot — especially when it comes to the more complicated sides of relationships.

I’ve come face to face with subtle behaviors that chip away at trust — things like gaslighting, quiet manipulation, and emotional control. These aren’t always easy to spot, and they can leave lasting scars. This blog is where I open up about some of those experiences. I hope that by sharing them, others might recognize similar patterns and feel a little more empowered.

Why This Blog Exists

While much of what I write touches on narcissistic traits and emotional abuse, the conversation doesn’t stop there. Life is complex. ADHD has touched my family in powerful ways. I’ve seen firsthand how it impacts routines, relationships, and self-worth. And conditions like narcolepsy — often misunderstood — bring their own daily challenges.

Everything I explore here ties back to one simple idea: how we cope, heal, and connect.

My Mission

This blog is meant to be a supportive, honest, and friendly space. A place where we can:

  • Share real stories
  • Make sense of emotional complexity
  • Learn from one another
  • Feel a little less alone

If you’ve ever questioned someone’s behavior, struggled to explain your feelings, or just needed to hear “you’re not crazy” — you’re in the right place.

Thanks for Being Here

It means a lot that you’ve taken the time to visit. Whether you’re here to read, reflect, or just explore — welcome. We’re figuring this out together, one story at a time.
